Cancellation Policy
At LS Wax Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To secure your appointment, a 25% non-refundable booking retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward the cost of your service.
**Cancellations & Rescheduling**
* We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
* Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the booking retainer.
* No-shows will also result in the loss of the booking retainer.
**Late Arrivals**
* Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
* If a late arrival prevents the service from being completed, the booking retainer will be forfeited.
